At Hankyu Travel International, we promote health management with the General Affairs and Personnel Department executive officer in charge as the chief supervisor and the General Affairs and Personnel Department manager as the leader.
We hold regular Labor/Management meetings to discuss health issues, and collaborate with health committees at each business site, industrial physicians, public health nurses, and the Hankyu Hanshin Health Insurance Association to continually analyze health issues and improve related measures.
At Hankyu Travel International, we have created a "Health Management Strategy Map" that clearly illustrates our health management initiatives, from our efforts to the resolution of management issues, so that each employee can be aware of their health and deepen their understanding of our health declaration.

We have introduced OFFICE DE YASAI, an on-site healthy company cafeteria service.
The app allows users to manage their steps, weight, and behavioral goals, and provides health information tailored to the user.
We also encourage employees to participate in “Minnade Arukatsu,” a walking event (held in the spring and fall) that utilizes this app, and that is hosted by the Hankyu Hanshin Health Insurance Society.

On March 11, 2024, Hankyu Travel International was certified as one of the "Corporations With Excellent Health and Productivity Management 2024" for the fifth consecutive year, jointly selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi.
On June 29, 2023, Hankyu Travel International was registered as a supporting partner company of the "Corporate Action to Promote Cancer Control."
